After eighteen months of audits, paperwork and honest conversations, Kiln is officially B Corp certified. Here is what it changed for us.
Certification was never the goal. The goal was to be able to answer, with evidence, a simple question clients kept asking: how do you work?
What changed
The assessment forced us to write down things we did by instinct — how we price, who we hire, which projects we turn down and why. Some answers made us proud. Others made us change.
For clients, very little changes on the surface. Underneath, every project now carries a lighter footprint, clearer contracts and a promise we can actually measure.
